Dr. Lulwa's experience involves management at senior level including Human Resources Management at both Operational and Strategic levels. During employment, she assumed several positions and roles that contributed towards a very successful and rewarding career. Also she has attended intensive professional training programs that provided her with advanced and executive knowledge and skills that enhance my contribution and delivery of business results.

Dr. Lulwa is a follow of Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, United Kingdom, hold a Ph.D. in Education and Human Development and Master Degree on Vocational Education. She is also the Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees, Bahrain Human Resources Development Fund for Banking and Financial Sector, (HRD Fund), President of Bahrain Management Society, Member of Bahrain Society for Training and Human Development and Member of the Training and Human Resources Committee of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

Throughout the years, she was elected to work on several Boards of Directors of highly recognized Societies such as Arabian Society for Human Resources Management (ASHRM), based in ARAMCO, Saudi Arabia, the Bahrain Management Society, Small and Medium Enterprises Society (SMES) and Bahrain National Action Charter Society (Meethaq). These roles provided her with the opportunity to develop a global networking and represent different entities as keynote speaker, presenter, and chairman in several local, regional and international Human Resources and Women Management Conferences.

On August 2006, Dr. Lulwa was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in Business Administration, Oxford Innovation Award and Professional Excellence Award from Oxford Association of Management (OXIM) United Kingdom

Dr. Lulwa is currently the Chief Executive of Golden Trust Business Consultancy. She has eleven years of banking experience at one of the leading International Bank, Arab Banking Corporation (B.S.C.) where she progressed to a Senior Management Role, Senior Vice President. Moreover, she has a mixture of private and public sector's experience in teaching, training, administration and management.
